"I have always been fascinated by the way people can work together to integrate technology with design and then produce something so complex and beautiful as an airplane," says Olga Bekker. She is originally from Russia, where she earned her master's degree in civil engineering. At Boeing she became so interested in airplane integration that she earned her master's degree in technical management. She now specializes in product and technology integration, and provides support to New Airplane Product Development in Everett, Wash. "I'm excited to be contributing to Boeing's future by working on new airplane products like the 787. I have always enjoyed exploring new opportunities and cultures. And Boeing is the place to do it. "
