What is your diversity profile?

Each individual has a unique diversity profile. You can use this diversity blueprint to identify the various elements that create your profile. The inner ring, titled “internal dimensions,” reflects things that are innate, such as ethnicity. The middle ring, titled “external dimensions,” takes into consideration personal aspects of your life, such as parental status and education. The outer ring, titled “organizational dimensions,” identifies your work characteristics, such as union affiliation and seniority. After you build a profile, examine your work relationships with people who possess a significant number of attributes that fall outside your profile.
