Four leadership changes at Boeing
Capital Corp.
Boeing Capital Corporation last month announced changes in the leadership
of its
finance-related functions.
- Steve Vogeding was named vice presidentTransition Management & Operations
Integration. Vogeding, who had been
Boeing Capital's chief financial officer, will work to ensure a seamless transition
as Boeing Capital relocates most of its operations from Long Beach, Calif., to
its headquarters in Renton, Wash.
- Russ Evans, who had been serving as
deputy CFO, replaces Vogeding as CFO.
- John Rosenthal, currently Boeing
Capital's treasurer, will become directorRisk Management and will be responsible
for the formal development of a comprehensive Risk Management function within
Boeing Capital.
- Geoff Carpenter will replace Rosenthal
as Boeing Capital's treasurer. Carpenter had
been assistant treasurerGlobal Treasury
Operations for Boeing.
