Four leadership changes at Boeing Capital Corp.

Boeing Capital Corporation last month announced changes in the leadership of its finance-related functions.

  • Steve Vogeding was named vice president—Transition Management & Operations Integration. Vogeding, who had been Boeing Capital's chief financial officer, will work to ensure a seamless transition as Boeing Capital relocates most of its operations from Long Beach, Calif., to its headquarters in Renton, Wash.
  • Russ Evans, who had been serving as deputy CFO, replaces Vogeding as CFO.
  • John Rosenthal, currently Boeing Capital's treasurer, will become director—Risk Management and will be responsible for the formal development of a comprehensive Risk Management function within Boeing Capital.
  • Geoff Carpenter will replace Rosenthal as Boeing Capital's treasurer. Carpenter had been assistant treasurer—Global Treasury Operations for Boeing.
